作物柱头外露性状研究进展

摘 要:

柱头外露作为一个能提高作物杂交制种产量的重要性状, 被广泛应用于杂种优势利用育种中。柱头外露性状多数是数量性状, 遗传规律因作物种类和基因型的不同表现出多样性, 是近年来作物领域的研究热点。深入解析作物柱头外露的遗传控制机制和调控机理, 对于提高作物杂种优势利用效率具有重要意义。本文从柱头外露性状的经典遗传学解析、相关基因的克隆与分析、育种利用及研究存在的问题与展望等几个方面, 综述了作物柱头外露性状的研究进展。

Abstract:

Stigma exsertion is an important trait that can improve the yield of hybrid seed production and has been widely used in heterosis utilization breeding in crops. Stigma exsertion traits are mostly complex quantitative traits and governed by polygenes, show diversity inheritance law in different crop types and genotypes, and have been a research hotspot of crop in recent years. Investigating the genetic control mechanism and regulation mechanism of crop stigma exsertion traits is greatly significant to improve the utilization efficiency of crop heterosis. In this review, we summarize the research progress of stigma exsertion from the aspects of genetics, cloning and analysis of related genes, and breeding utilization. Finally, we discuss probable research directions in the future.
